分子病毒學,脂蛋白代謝,微生物致病機轉,細胞生物學

 

Research Interests

脂蛋白由載脂蛋白及脂質組成,為體內重要脂肪運送系統,並具有調控代謝平衡之功能。載脂蛋白除了胞外功能外,也具有調控細胞活性,分化和死亡等胞內反應之能力。載脂蛋白均具有雙極性及脂肪結合之共同特性,可在含有脂肪微環境的胞器間移動,相關研究顯示微生物感染、宿主代謝改變和細胞癌化影響脂蛋白分泌之代謝網絡,導致肝臟累積過量三酸甘油酯及膽固醇,造成肝臟脂質毒性,並提高肝硬化、肝癌和代謝性失調相關疾病之風險。我的研究興趣包括 (1) 研究載脂蛋白在調節三酸甘油脂和膽固醇運輸及代謝之機轉;(2) 脂蛋白/載脂蛋白在異常脂質代謝相關疾病,如病毒性肝炎、非酒精性脂肪肝和肝細胞癌之轉譯應用;(3)脂蛋白/載脂蛋白定量相關平台開發
