免疫學(DNA疫苗,黏膜與細胞免疫) 高等病毒學(RNA病毒; 病毒組裝與出芽機制) 細胞生化學(蛋白交互作用; 蛋白生化與胞膜訊息) 分子遺傳學(核酸轉錄與轉訊調控)  

 

興趣:

病毒生活史需要病毒蛋白與寄主細胞的交互協調作用,這個進程也伴隨著病毒基因的繁殖與表達而形成具感染性的生物體。寄主細胞內有哪些蛋白可被病毒蛋白霸佔借用於病毒組裝及感染呢?又有哪些病毒蛋白可與寄主細胞蛋白互通款曲欺騙寄主的免疫防衛系統呢? 我們能暸知並利用這些交互作用的機制進而發展抗病毒藥物或疫苗嗎?這些是我實驗室最基本的科學研究訴求。我目前主要的研究方向在瞭解HCV及腸病毒(EV-A71)之宿主交互作用與致病機制:利用蛋白質體學找出對抗或幫助病毒繁殖或致病的寄主蛋白因子,以做治療性疫苗開發。

 

方向:實驗室目前尚在進行的計畫有4方向:

(1)蛋白質體學運用與分析C型肝炎病毒(HCV)核蛋白(Core)在肝細胞及免疫細胞內作用的蛋白網路、交互作用、與致病機轉。
(2) 腸病毒(EV-A71)結構蛋白VP4的宿主蛋白交互作用網路與致病機制。
(3) RT-LAMP與病毒核酸偵測
(4)發展拮抗或偵測病毒的小分子DNA適體(aptamer)。
